Alfred “Butch” Burch is a noted producer and entertainer whose singing career started with Wade Flemons in 1958 for VJ records, where he met Gladys Knight and the Pips, known during the early years as The Pips. Butch formed a long lasting friendship with Edward Patten and William Guest. He produced the First Stubbs Girls CD on the Crew Entertainment label. Butch is one of the Co-founders of the label as well as the one of the co owners. Edward, William, and Butch became like brothers. In 1996 they decided to go into business together. Today, Crew Entertainment remains in the hands of the original founders and family.
