Edward "Tayamo" Patten, a dynamic vocalist is no stranger to the music business, his father being Edward patten of the legendary soul group Gladys Knight & The Pips. He has been singing since the tender age of five years old. He got his roots singing in the church. It is no surprise that he has  been featured soloist in all the choirs and chorales that he has been in. He was named the Best Tenor in the Northern Region of Michigan (1980-1990). Edward has had the privilage of opening for such acts as India Arie, and Bobby Womack as well as Headlining at Atlanta's own Sweet Merissas. His voice is one that will move and soothe you and he is sure to capture your ears. Edward promises to be a powerful force in the industry for years to come.
